Born and raised in Peoria, IL, Zack Baker graduated from Western Illinois University where he earned a Bachelor’s of Business Accounting. After a few months of job hunting and constant resume adjustments, Zack earned his Real Estate License in 2010. “Times were tough and there were very few job opportunities, so I thought, why not start a business and work directly for the people I serve,” said Baker. By 2014, Zack had sold over 200 homes and was asked to be the Team Leader of Keller Williams Premier Realty. Out of sales and into leadership, Zack grew the Peoria Keller Williams office’s market share from 12.45% to 20.05% and added over 140 agents to the company. Feeling stagnant and boxed in, he left his role as Team Leader in order to grow a community based business. Now back in sales, Zack invests in real estate locally, teaches a life course to young adults, sits on 3 Peoria community board of directors, and advocates for private property rights Statewide. “Helping people with a desire to grow is a passion of mine and helping those in need is simply a necessity” – Zack Baker
